The advising/backups roster is finally nailed down, after several iterations:

   M  T  W  Th F  S
A  P  P  H  L  P  -
B  M  M  H  P  L  R

R means rotation in alphabetical order H L M P starting last Sunday.  The
Sunday-backup-reminder program is set up to match this.

Once again, this is not a rigid schedule of who should do things, but a
schedule of who's responsible for ensuring that they get done somehow.
