VLSI Tools
I'm told that there are some very impressive VLSI design tools
under development (and in use) at UCB.  At Yale, we have recently
begun to explore the entire area of hardware design tools (including
tools for MSI as well as VLSI).  It would be very helpful if we
could get a hold of the UCB tools and any papers about them.
Just what is available, and under what terms?  Who is a good
contact on this?
