9/29/81 psl games tape BUGs
In the Empire part of the tape both "repa.o" (in empcom.a) and "empdis.o"
have bugs in them.
	repa.o -- Always prints the balance due on a loan as $0.00
	empdis.o -- Loses BTUs [!] in certain cases
