9/29/81 psl games tape bugs
The bug fixes that were supposed to be in chico!~psl/uucp got delayed
en route but are finally there.  Specifically, there are two files:
chico!~psl/uucp/repa.o  and  chico!~psl/uucp/empdis.o
repa.o should be archived into empcom.a (ar r empcom.a repa.o, as it were).
I'm trying to arrange a drop point on duke for people who are adjacent to
Duke since I don't have uusend working yet.  Any other volunteers to
provide way-stations for these fixes would be apprecia--Peter Langston
