in the px directory, file 00int.s, it has the assembler directive

	.if	!FP
		...
	.endif

Our assembler is a vanilla v7 assembler and doesn't do what is
wanted with the !FP; I changed it to FP-1 and it seems to be
working.

Also, in the makefile it has the libraries in the wrong order
when it loads, -lm should be before -lc
