lint prepr bug

I have 2.8bsd and lint vomits once you hit a preproc statement like
#if UCB_NKB==1
Try it yourself if you like, perhaps my lint is sick.  At any rate, 
Berkeley agreed with me that the problem exists and neither I nor they
have had the time to find out why.  Does anyone out there know?
