new MS version
The system copy of the Mistress database system has been updated to
the current version.  In /bin, ms, mscallcc, mscc, and mscmd have been
updated, msclearlock and mssetlock have been added, and mkmsdb has
become msmkdb.  As announced earlier, the database format has changed
slightly, and anyone with existing databases should see Chris about
converting.
