Due to popular demand:  the "chop" hack is only of interest to
Hardy users.  Laurel does the right thing and inserts CRs every
70 characters or so.  Hardy users should retrieve [igor]<Hacks>8.0>tools>chop.bcd, select their
msg body, and then say "chop" to the Executive
before sending the msg to Arpanet recipients.  Type "Help chop"
to the exec, after running Chop, for more details.
