The need to get our autodialing modem repaired is going to result
in some oddities over the next few days.  1200-baud dialup service
is not guaranteed to be available continuously, and 5121 may be
reserved at times other than the usual ones.  Other minor peculiarities
should also be expected;  for example, right now tty15 and tty19 have
swapped phone lines temporarily.
