R.E. Will my objections to the mail address format RFC ever reach
the arpanet? 

	Yes. I am planning to let it simmer on netnews, then submit
it to UNIX-CHAOS at MIT, and finally to the arpanet. I hope
to modify it along the way, taking into account any comments I
receive (hopefully making it a stronger argument in the process).
