Warning to all USENET members:  do not send uucp mail through site
"cca", as they refuse to pass on uucp mail.  Recently we have had
a flood of mail going through our site which had "cca" in its path.
That mail will end up in the proverbial bit bucket.  This may be
old hat to many of you, but there must be plenty of people unaware
of the the problem.
