The problem is not that cca "refuse[s] to pass along uucp mail", but
that cca is connected to decvax via a uucp link and to sri-unix via an
Arpanet link.  Although news handles this dual type of connection, mail
does not do so well, and we do not have the manpower to devote to
hacking up mail to work right.
