I'm diabetic and have the Exchange list for fast forod places:
Whopper calories 630 carbohydrate 50 protein 26 fat 36 Bread 3-1/2 Meat(Medium) 3 Fat 4
Big Mac calories 550 carbohydtate 44 protein 21 fat 32 Bread 3 Meat(Medium) 2 fat 4
Their about the same but I like the Big Mac, both have to much fat for my diet
so it leaves them both out.
Any diabetic's out there?
