I heard on the air that the FCC authorized amateur use of the 10 MHz
band yesterday.  Does anyone have any official info on this???  What
frequencies, what modes, etc.  Is it really open, or were there just
a bunch of non-law abiding hams on there last night????

MOST OF ALL, does it count in the CQWW contest this weekend???
