During the period from Fall 1980 to Summer 1981, while I attended
Cal Tech, I saw a group perform there called the Tunes. They were
supposedly very popular in the area, specializing in 'funny' songs
of the type that appear on Dr. Dimento; in fact, they had had a
couple of songs in Dr. Dimento's Top Ten. Some of their better known
songs are 'Roast Chicken Faces and Fried Ducks Feet' and 'Punk Polka',
which I believe are the songs which were on Dr. D's. 
Anyway, after the concert on the Quad (as it was called), their album was
available for purchase, but being a poor grad student, at the time I had
no cash.  Does anyone out there in net land know about this group, and
where I might obtain a copy of their album? I truly regret not buying
the album while I had the chance.
