There is a book out now, I think the title is "The Living Together
Agreement" which outlines a sample LTA and gives suggestions for
other items to be considered when two people--not married--wish
to live together for awhile.  I think that this same agreement,
with some additional particulars, would admirable cover the
married couple also.
