Has anyone written better documentation for the 4.1 F77 compiler
than what comes with the 4.1 documentation?  The documentation is
incomplete in a number of ways, including

	not discussing the fortran support libraries in much detail
	not discussing unix i/o in sufficient detail
	not mentioning restrictions in formatting, such as limits on 
	continuation of format statements

and certainly some other problems as well.
