We are looking for a method of billing for UN*X, that runs on a UNIX
machine (preferably a VAX). Ideally we would like something that
takes the accounting data that UNIX produces  and generates a bill
for each login. If anybody has such a system, or knows of such a
system, could you please give me some pointers toward this software.
