I have just installed a new version of the "format" program.  It
is pretty much identical to the old one with two exceptions.  First,
it has a "-sp" option, like "-lp" except it sends output to the
Sanders printer.  Second, the "-s" option to make the output stop
after each page now does not take a number, i.e. type "-s" not "-s1".
Please report any problems.  The old version will be available as
"oldformat" for a limited time in case of trouble.

This is an internal change to the old formatting package;  it has
nothing to do with the new "ms" package.
