Just in case somebody relevant hasn't heard, our hardwired line to CSRG
is about to be shifted from a Dmitri port to a directly-connected VAX
port.  This will simplify logging in on the VAX and greatly speed up
network communications with CSRG, plus giving CSRG an extra Dmitri port
(they're running short).  The major disadvantage is that the other CSRG
systems (the 45 and the various lesser animals) will no longer be reachable
from the line.  Since the line is used to connect to those systems once
in a blue moon, I don't see this as serious.
