I have created "net.politics" (that name seemed to be preferred by most of
those responding to the suggestion that we create "net.poli-sci").
Could we please move to it the current net.followup discussion of impressed
service, governmental theory, etc?  (And I, at least, would like to see
that discussion continued.)
