there is a new reciprocal operating agreement between canada and
papua new guinea.

changes in the crrl constitution, approved at the crrl general
meeting on october 2, were approved by the minister of corporate and
consumer affairs on october 13.  as soon as two new interim directors
are appointed, the crrl board will have five regional directors, one
each from british columbia, the mid west, ontario, quebec and the
atlantic region  ar
