I would speculate that Ellen found it easier to post news to the entire net,
rather than pick an individual (sensitive or not). After all, once one decides
to send something to a SINGLE (no pun intended) person, that makes the discussion
one on one; whereas posting to the net is somehow less threatening.

One could also speculate that not having heard one peep from Ellen since,
that we may have scared her into never answering on the net. I, for one,
would be saddened if this were the case.

After all, none of us, I think, enter articles for the net willingly thinking
we are doing some malicious (ridiculous and assinine , maybe, but not malicious!)

At any rate, Ellen, if you are still out there -- perhaps one day you will tell
your side of the story.
