Some "friend" had sent them my name. After looking over the things they asked, and deciding what my answers would be, I tried to imagine what would happen if I were in it. For one thing, my head would probably get too big to go through most doors. For another, I am a shy, retiring, and private type person. The reduction in privacy that would result from the book would have been unwanted. I ended up by filing the stuff they sent me. I'm still glad I did. (The rejection of not getting into the book would not have been much fun either - Inaction is still an act.(?)) Re: Looks as a determining factor in making friends Garbage. See turn-ons and turn-offs in the voyeur summary. About Bars: I don't go to bars. The game playing is not my idea of fun. I tried it once (I think it was back in '75), all I did was spend all my money and get drunk. I didn't feel too good the next day either. My rule now is, I only go to bars if I'm already with someone. I'm not too interested in the types of women that hang out in bars. They tend to be shallow and even boring. Now, if I see a reply from a net-woman thats posted at 23:55 or 02:17 I KNOW she's interesting, and in need of sleep. Not afraid to place the blame, Dave Rosik outside!ihps3!ihuxr!dlr
