Net.suicide has had some very serious discussions in the past, including
discussions about the ethics of suicide, death in general, life after
death, and reincarnation.  I think it has the potential for future
serious discussions along those lines as well, and I'm sure that at some
point they will occur.  In the mean time, I find nothing wrong with a
few attempts at humor in this newsgroup; in fact, I find many of them
quite refreshing.
