Mr. Harris is not to be commended for posting his (to some, revolting)
articles to a serious newsgroup.

But then, what can he do?

This is another example of a common newsgroup phenomenon.  When 
net.jokes.q was deleted, filthy jokes immediately started turning
up on net.jokes.  Now that net.db is gone, dead-baby articles turn
up on net.suicide.

Who is killing all these newsgroups?
