I am not sure who wrote the song about the murderer dismembering his date
but it was not Tom Lehrer.  His song "The Masochism Tango" is reminisent
of it but no cookie.  In fact in the song, he, was the masochist while
his partner was the sadist:
  I ache for the touch of your lips dear, 
    but much more for the touch of your whips dear,
  You can raise welts like nobody else,
    as we dance to the masochism tango!
