Specifically, I have heard rumors to the effect that the
following things might be available:

  Ethernet networking software
  Arpanet software
  Core-compatible graphics software
  A better version of Ingres

  I just got a paper describing some of the kernal calls
and other system primitives, but I need to plan on what
kinds of utility or application-level software to buy/make/wait for.

  A pointer to the proper source of info would help, though
I would hate to bother anyone busy at UCB.
