Maybe it should be reported as a bug that uucp allows only one line out when
trying to call systems.  If more than one line out is available, it's not
checked.  (eg, more than one ACU, more than one MICOM line -- when the primary
one is tied up)
	I know of a few systems that would like this fixed.
