It uses the floppy drive (that every 780 has) to read and write cpm format floppies. If someone has tried to run CPMUTL under VMS please drop me a note saying what the problems if any where encountered. There is a new release of cpmutl that has a bug mz@cmu-cs-vlsi found fixed. When files where read from the floppy the unix file wasn't closed so a multiple get with more than 16 files failed.
