I changed both modify and dump (in /usr/crabs/bin) to use
exact matching when selecting by journal name.  In particular,
this solves a problem whereby an attempt to match a single
letter journal name resulted in all cases with that letter in the name.
In the process, I also moved s.modify and s.list to /usr/src/cmd/crabs
from /usr/crabs/bin.
