	The Voice Response System, which gives `current' weather
information, is no longer a test. It is here to stay. The system can
be accessed through the Washington D.C. local number or the one here
in Columbus, Ohio. (How we rated for this one I'll never know..)
According to the local FSS, there are no plans to expand the access 
to the system so it's a toll call for a LOT of folks...
Anyway, here are the numbers:
