Has anyone had any experience (or know anyone) with Soloflex
weight training equipment?  It seems expensive, but does have
many advantages over a room full of free weights or universal
type equipment.  I've been using Nautilus and free weights most
recently, but am getting tired of the staff and physical conditions
at the gym.  Most 'spa' type clubs seem to be socially oriented
and in addition are fairly expensive.  Thoughts?
