This may take care of it for a while. There is a 'high voltage dope' that I used to use for this problem when I worked in a TV repair shop. Just coat it a time or two real heavy. The stuff is real nasty so it might not be availible to the public. If you have a friend that works in an electronics shop somewhere, he might have a bottle of it sitting around. I don't think the wax will cause too much of a fire hazard. Flybacks do get hot, but the wax will drip off first.
