Oh yes, I have also removed net.bugs.u3 and net.bugs.u4
and created net.bugs.usg to take their place.  After the
proposal I put out last week about this, I got some
responses, all in favor, from the people who were using
the old u3 and u4 groups

I have also posted a new list of groups to net.news.group
