              As a recent subscriber to the network I have noticed
that almost half the people are either complaining about how stupid
their fellow engineers are and the other half are constantly
apologizing for being labelled as stupid.  I however do notice
that a tiny bit of useful information is indeed passed around
which I guess keeps the network alive.
             By the way this letter belongs to the first category.
May I suggest that we have a Net.Complaints and a Net.apologies
for those who are concerned about being so damned touchy about the
this whole sordid business.
