Do we need a newsgroup, net.apologies, for people to use to
apologize for misusing the net?

Please, folks, if you're sorry for something you did on the net,
apologize by direct mail to the people you offended and then
avoid doing it again.

If you must have catharsis by public breastbeating, direct your
mea culpas to net.misc or net.flame -- but not net.general.
