The level of "health" (or sickness) in our society is quickly becoming a significant factor in our quality of life. Both the economic and social costs associated with health care have some obscure and far-reaching causes, making this topic prime for discussion! A comment for those who resist the addition of new groups: Having a wide variety of well-defined topics in individual groups helps to make information more readily available to those who use the net. I realize that there is overhead associated with a large number of groups, but that should be a managable problem and shouldn't stifle the improvement of the usefulness of the network. As an example, groups would be used more effectively if there was a way to find a particular topic without searching through the long list of randomly-ordered group titles...perhaps a tree structure would provide a solution? Anyway, let's not stifle experimentation with new groups...
