I've spoken to several people who have purchased large quantities
of 6x9 berkeley manuals and would like 6x9 GBC versions of sections
2a and 2b which are currently unavailable.

I suggest that these interested parties get together and either make a mass
purchase or make their needs known to the USENIX office who backed the
last venture.

To start things off one person who is interested but who can't access the net
