a temporary agreement between south korea and the united states will
be put into effect to permit the handling of phone patch traffic
during the holiday season.  united states amateur licensees may
conduct phone patch traffic with amateur stations using the prefix
hl9 from 1501 utc december 20 until 1459 utc january 4	ar
