	Well, I suppose that those detonation figures are based on
the most common 1Meg warhead.  But since I have heard that the USSR
has developed a 50Meg warhead, I think one fairly accurate shot
would probably do the job.  Then again, the people in the DoD prolly
know more about it than I do.  Anyway, I am kinda parital to mobile
deployment (ie. subs etc. )
	Would like to interject my favorite Einstein quote here,
he said, "If WW3 is ever fought with atomic weapons, WW4 will be
fought with rocks."
