I must disaggre, from my observations in Colorado and Oregon, it always seems
that the best looking women (girls, depending on age) ALWAYS date the 
"dirt-ball" guys.  Others I have talked to from the Midwest and California
have noticed the same thing.  However, when I ask some of my lady friends 
about this, they always respond "That's not true!" and drop the subject like
a hot potato.  

I do agree that married couples tend to be more "equal" looking.  (We all know
of couples that look so much alike that they can be mitaken for siblings.)

As far as relationships working out, thanks for the pointer:  something new
for me to observe!
