celibacy -- the condition of being unmarried, especially be reason of
religious vows.

chastity -- 1. the state or quality of being chaste or pure.
	    2. celibacy; virginity.

Please note that the dictionary is rather confused and/or outdated,
since it is apparently equating "the condition of being unmarried"
with the condition of not having sexual relations.
