My apologies to Bob Van Valzah, but I've seen requests for this, but
never any replies with information or surveys.  I would like to get
a Pascal-to-C filter; basically something that will take a Pascal
program and produce the "equivalent" C program.  If anybody knows
about anything like this, please MAIL me; if there's sufficient
interest, I'll post a survey.
