If you're willing to settle for /370 mode on the 4341 [Does ANYONE
  run a 4341 native??], then you could use UTS that runs under VM/370,
  or there is also a /370 Unix that IBM has brought up under TSS.
UTS is a product of AMDAHL, and it's expensive (~10K/yr.). The TSS
  UNIX system is something that IBM is still playing with I think, they
  may not have it 'ready to unleash'. There are prolly people with more
  info than this--I hope I have helped.
