We need a lead or pointer to a PERT/Critical Path Method (CPM) package
that runs under UNIX.  We also need a good statistical analysis package.

Would prefer packages written in a compiler language (C, Fortran,etc.)
but at this point we will accept any leads we can get.  Willing to pay
real dollars if necessary.
