I am considering purchasing one of these new systems.  Has anybody made
extensive use of one and can tell me:

1) Performance information, ie. how well does it handle N users with
  1/2 meg of memory on it.  What about disk speed.

2) Satisfaction with manufacturer on support etc.

3) How does it compare to others, notably Onyx and Spectrix
