     I have heard several persons say that they have written "dial"
routines for the Ventel or Hays Smartmodem. If some one would send
me a copy of the code or post it to net.sources I'd really appreciate
it. I would rather have the Ventel code, however it couldn't be too
bad to translate between the two.
