I have a new LSI-11/23 based system.
It had a DEC DLV11-J four port serial interface that went bad.
I sent it back to my OEM.
They say that it may take three months to get a replacement
from DEC.
They say that they have look-a-like boards from Grant Technology.
Does anyone know anything about Grant Technology, their
DLV11-J look-a-like or any other replacement for the DLV11-J?

I can not use the computer without the board, so prompt replies
would be appreciated.

Does anyone know what DEC's warranty responsibility on a new board is?
I would think that they should be required to provide a replacement
promptly.
