John Woods has written a version of mapalloc() and mapfree() (in
machdep.c) which allow multiple simultaneous mappings of the
Unibus map.  I have integrated it into my version of 2.8 and 2.81.
The only problem I have is that it is still possible for the system
to hang up trying to swap if it can't find enough contiguous
registers (strategic registers being used by hung-up DMA devices).
I can make my version available.
